Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 + Sales Incentives
ABB is hiring an Energy & Carbon Services Consultant to sit at the intersection of sales, sustainability, and clean energy infrastructure.
This is not a back-office sustainability role. It is a revenue-generating, market-facing position where ESG meets commercial execution.
You will help organizations transition toward electric vehicle infrastructure and solar solutions, while directly influencing business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and convert service sales opportunities in energy and carbon solutions
- Drive adoption of EV and solar infrastructure services
- Identify new market opportunities using ESG and energy trends
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Translate customer needs into tailored renewable energy solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on pricing, risk, and delivery
- Manage CRM pipelines, proposals, and sales reporting
- Represent ABB at industry events, trade fairs, and client engagements
Who They’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years in a sales-driven role
- Background in business, sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, EV infrastructure, or solar energy (preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
